Alison Schmieder joined the firm as an associate in September 2010.  Ms. Schmieder received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and her Juris Doctorate from the William & Mary School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. She is presently a volunteer attorney for the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project in Morris County.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schmieder served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael Paul Wright, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Family Part in Morris County for the 2009-2010 term.
